Love Your Health Wellness Event - Event Information

- Central Ozarks Medical Center in Osage Beach, Missouri
- FREE to the public - all ages welcome!
COMC Osage Beach is located at 3870 Columbia Avenue in Osage Beach, directly behind Hy-Vee.
Love Your Health Wellness Event - What's In Store
We have a lot planned for our First Annual "Love Your Health" Wellness Event. Here is a sneak peek at some of the various services and attractions you'll get access to.
Free Provider Consultations PLUS Free Labs!
All attendees will get access to free consultations with one of our experienced providers, as well access to free labs. Labs may include:
- Lipid Panel
- A1C
- Urine Analysis
- Glucose Check
Courtesy BMI screenings will also be available.
Fun For The Kiddos
When we say all ages are welcome, we mean it. We have special attractions planned for the little ones in your family. The Osage Beach Fire District has kindly agreed to join us for the event, giving your kids the opportunity to check out a fire engine and meet a firefighter.
The first 50 kids will also receive a free children's plate with food recommendations from MyPlate.gov.

- Nutrition and gardening information from University Missouri Extension Office
- Headstart and personal wellness information from MOCA (Missouri Ozarks Community Action)
- Medicaid enrollment assistance

This is the first of what we plan to become a recurring annual event. We are proud to support the health of our local community through this event and through the quality healthcare service we provide every day.
