Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

yield 1 cup

A delicious and creamy coffee that packs a powerful nutritional punch!

Ingredients

1 cup brewed organic coffee, herbal coffee, or chai tea
1 tsp or more coconut oil (I usually put in 2-3 TBSP)
1 TBSP organic grass-fed unsalted butter
¼ tsp vanilla extract
a few drops of stevia extract (optional)

Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix on high speed for 20 seconds until frothy. Drink immediately and enjoy all the energy!

With almost anything, if you consume too much of it, there can be side effects. Coffee contains caffeine and drinking too much caffeine can cause you serious harm, such as:
